We will reply to the application you have made in the shortest time possible and at last in 30 days at latest from its receipt by us. To conclude your application correctly, we will contact you in the case of information and documents you present are incomplete or inconceivable.

The application form herein is arranged to reply to my application within the right and legal duration by determining my relation to your Company and determining my personal data processed by your Company thoroughly. I accept, declare and undertake your Company’s right to request additional papers and information (Identity card or copy of driver’s license, etc.) for identity and authority confirmation to ensure the elimination of juridical risks arising from unlawful and unjust data share. I accept, declare, and undertake that your Company does not take any responsibility for such wrong information or unauthorized application in the case of the information I provide in the scope of the form being incorrect and not up-to-date or if an unauthorized application is made. All responsibility arising from unlawful, misguiding, and incorrect applications belongs to my person.
Personal Data Owner/The Person Applying in the Name of Other
Please send the documents (document showing that person is the parent/guardian of the personal data owner, power of attorney, authorized signatures list, etc.) that indicate your authority to make an application in the application’s attachment if you are applying for the name of other. For these documents to be considered valid, it is required for the documents to be arranged or confirmed by the authorized chairs.
