New Generation 112 Single Call Center Project

New Generation 112 Single Call Center Project, carried out by ASELSAN and the Ministry of Interior emergency call numbers such as police, ambulance, fire department, forest fire aims to collect in a single number (112) and manage them with a single call center.

Basarsoft supports the software developed by IT Department of the Ministry of Interior with the BMS server software, the processes of answering calls in the call center, determining the correct address and directing them to the vehicle in the fastest way.

Our 100% domestic Yolbil field workforce software in the vehicle provides offline navigation support with voice guidance to the coordinated work order (ambulance, police, gendarmerie, fire brigade).

The project is to continue the dissemination efforts in the big cities at the first stage and then for the whole of Turkey.
